PLEASE NOTE THIS INCLUDES COURT WHICH WILL NOT BE HELD UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. IF YOU ARE SICK OR HAVE FLU LIKE SYPMTOMS PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE TOWN HALL BUILDINGS, COME BACK WHEN YOU ARE WELL. WE ASK THAT YOU DO WHATEVER BUSINESS YOU CAN VIA PHONE, EMAIL OR THROUGH THE MAIL. THANK YOU.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I have designated the easterly two and one half miles of Town of Hunter Route 9, known as Platte Clove Mountain Road, as a seasonal limited use highway. Please be advised that the Town of Hunter shall not maintain nor remove snow or ice from said length of road between November 1, 2019 and April 15, 2020.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the Tannersville Joint Fire District will take place on December 10, 2019 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Rescue Squad Building located at 21 Park Lane, Tannersville, for the purpose of electing one Commissioner for a five (5) year term, commencing January 1, 2020 and ending December 31, 2024.
All voters registered with the Greene County Board of Elections on or Before November 10, 2019 shall be eligible to vote. Candidates for District Office shall have filed their names with the Secretary of the Tannersville Joint Fire District, at the fire house at 1 Park Lane, no later than twenty days before the election, November 20, 2019.

BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS TANNERSVILLE JOINT FIRE DISTRICT
The Town of Hunter Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday Sept. 24, 2019 at 5:30 PM at the Town Hall located at 5748 Rte 23A for the proposed 2020 budgetary amounts to be raised by tax for Fire Protection District #2 (Hunter) & Fire Protection District #3 (Lanesville).
Immediately following the hearing there will be a 2020 Budget workshop.
Pursuant to Chapter 258, Section 495 of Real Property Tax Law, a copy of an exemption report is available upon request.
