NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Town Board of the Town of Hunter will hold a Public Hearing on December 9, 2019 at 5PM regarding proposed Local Law #4 of 2019 Temporary Moratorium on the Establishment, Placement and Construction of Commercial Containerized Energy Storage/Battery Facilities Designed for Connecting to the Electric Power Grid in the Town of Hunter. A special meeting on same shall follow at 5:15 PM.
