Notice of Public Hearing
The Town of Hunter Planning Board will hold a public hearing Tuesday, Sept. 27th, 2016 at the Hunter Tannersville Elementary School in Hunter, NY at 6:30PM. The Public Hearing is for Site Plan Review and 2-lot Minor Subdivision Review on Tax id #181.07-3-11 the lands of The Waverly Corp., located off 23A in Tannersville, Town of Hunter. The Site Plan Review is for a proposed 9,224 sq.ft. commercial retail store; Dollar General. All interested parties may offer comment at that time or submit comments by Sept. 26th, 2016 to the Town of Hunter Planning Dept. prior to the meeting.
